June 4th Writing Day Workshop Sidmouth Art Studio 10.30am
2 sessions of writing inspired by art and images in a lovely space right opposite the church. You will end up with lots of writing and ideas about places, people and plots.
June 17th Summer Party, Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary 6pm
WITH OPEN MIC, BOOK QUIZ, SPECIAL GUEST.
Tickets include two course meal and welcome drink plus paying bar.

It’s going to be a wonderful afternoon, starting at 3pm at beautiful
Totleigh Barton writing centre with a tour, then a Word Kitchen salon in conversation
with novelist Amanda Craig about High and Low, her most recent
state-of-the-nation novel and a lifetime in writing. We then move into the barn
for an open mic: email sidmouthdavid@outlook.com to reserve a 5 min reading slot.
Time limits for open mics - these sometimes vary from event to event so please check!
